Bad service with bad management

Month end. Standing at the express till with 3 items for more than 30 minutes. Spoke to Joseph the sales manager and he tells me that they is nothing they can do. They can only cater one toll assistance because their staff have already went home. How is it possible not to cater for month end influx at a shop that is highly used by the community. The service we receive at pimville shoprite is ridiculous on a high level of service.
