Bad service, very slow!!!

Rn I am @jabulani mall shiprite we have been waiting for almost 2hours the queue is not even that long but they are so relaxed all queues are slow. Because you know you can not leave whatever you came to buy but being here delays everything. Bad service and the workers are just so angry!!!
