Bad service to a old lady that got sick in your store

I was shopping not knowing that my grandson was playing with three chocolates and when we left the shop assistant stopped me and asked bout the two chocolates I have it back by t knowing the third one was under my grandson. She said we need to the back to the manager and I have sugar so I still got a sugar rush but there manager didn't even care I had to stand and I had to pay for the chocolate and the manager wanted to lock me up . I mean I'ma old women didn't need that I'm sick as well and I always buy at nonqubela link mall shoprite khayelitsha why would some one treat me like this . I would like the manager to apologise to me because he was very rude and unreasonable.
