Bad service they training how to treat customers rs

I normal pass at Ekhaya Mall in Embalenhle Mpumalanga. Now second time get bad service, when I greet her keep quiet, I pay with R200 cash and told me she don't have change, she proceeds with people at the back and I ask her how they going to see her that she needs change. She ignored me and told me if I'm in a rush I must not come here with this kind of cash. When I ask my money so that I will go to other shop and she told me she can't give me my money she already finished I must wait until supervisor come with a change.
