Bad service sunnyside shoprite

The way Cynthia is handling the store is terrible I went to shoprite sunnyside for a black Friday pampers The lady by the name Cynthia doesn't know how to handle customer I asked her a simple question on when are we gonna have stock as its gonna end on the 20th she said no there's no stock and there won't be any stock I a rude way, she didn't even wanna give me her name she hide it saying she won't be give me her name, as a manager of shoprite why are you hiding your name?I had to find her name in one of her sfaff, she even shout her sfaff in front of customers She's is so rude and unprofessional by looking at her I thought she's a cashier but she's a Manger
