Bad Service Shoprite in Attlyn

Shoprite in Atteridgeville is a mess. The service is pathetic. I went to collect my R5000.00 and it took almost 30 minutes to get my money

The lady that was assisting me disappeared and the lady working next to her, Gertrude with bad service and very rude and I think she thinks she owns Shoprite. I was told that they are still counting the money How do you count R5k for 30 minutes

I then went to the manager’s office who referred me to admin manager. That still didn’t make any sense to me. The admin manager looked very confused and then referred me to the Branch Manager. Why didn’t the Branch Manager assist me from the on set

I could tell that both these managers are afraid of their staff members. While I was in the office another staff member came and called me while she could see that the Branch Manager was still talking to and she kept on interrupting us

There is no professionalism at all there
