Bad service shoprite harrismith

On Saturday (26 August 2023) I went to Shoprite in Harrismith and I must say that the Management of that shop needs to do proper planning. We spent close to 2 hours in the shop, simply because it was packed and there were about 6 out 19 tills with cashiers. Firstly it is the end of the month - Management should ensure that part workers are deployed to assist to avoid such incidents. It was my first time visiting the store and I must say I dont plan on going back because it was not a pleasant experience. At some point my 5 year old son needed to go to the rest room and I asked for assistance, was advised to talk to the security so they can accompany me, but the security told me that they are short staffed and she could not assist, fortunately my younger brother was travelling with us and he managed to take my son.
