Bad Service Shoprite Dube

Was at Shoprite just few minutes ago, bought few staff for the Easter. I realise that there's a new smart card saver that can assist on specials. When I got to tills No 5, I asked the cashier to assist me with activation of the rewards card, she REFUSED literally! Even in the presence of her till supervisor she Refused and told me and her that she won't do it for me, she told the supervisor that she must ask for someone else. The supervisor asked her several times but she Refused. The supervisor called another lady by the name of Tinyiko M, who came and assisted without any hesitation. We need employees like these who takes instruction as there is from leaders and who are always willing to assist with smile on their face. Thank u to the supervisor and Tinyiko M,. I f possible can I get Tinyiko number so I can send her ewallet to thank ylher for good service. For the lady who was not willing to assist can she pls work at the storeroom where she would not see customers because she doesn't know what is her role as she at the forefront of the business.
