Bad service shoprite church street pretoria

I went to shoprite church street in Pretoria yesterday for my monthly shopping.I then got into the parking area and it was empty but someone told me that i have to go back and remove my car becoz parking for customers is not allowed.Apparently only for employees.When i was trying to explain to the guy how genuine i was that i only wanted to do my shopping because where i stay there is no shoprite, the superviser came shouting signalling with his hands that i should leave.Is this how you treat your customers?????
