Bad service received at shoprite End Street

my name is Maria Mokgetsi. i bought a Russel Hobbs iron on the 23rd of November 2015, and on Sunday while i was trying to use it did not work. i went to shoprite on Tuesday to ask if it possible for me to bring it back since i lost the till slip, the lady said yes since the stuff we need for an exchange or refund is written on the box.i went back wit the iron on Wednesday the 20th of January and i found a different person who refused to help me and told me to go back because she can't help me if i don't have a till slip. she dismissed me ad told me to come back when the lady i had spoken to the previous day is at work, because she had fed me the wrong info and leaving her to deal with the mess.she was literally shouting at me in front of the stuff and customers causing a scene, and did not even try to listen to what i had to say even tough i had repeatedly asked her to speak to me in an acceptable manner because i was calm, and her response was that: that is how she speaks. i was so hurt and i just broke down in tears in front of the customers and the stuff because of the way she was speaking to me. it was so bad and horrible and she was un-apologetic about the whole incident.
