Bad Service provider of Agents

I am a registered agent for the. Stamps. Since I registered there I was never explained how the submission and so on works. When I wanted to submit they told me it was to late previous attempt s to find out also failed. I had lost all the commission I made due to poor communication and management at the store. All my hardwork and the people that supported me because I am unemployed and needed the money. My customers are totally disgusted and dissapointed as they thought I deserved to be rewarded as it also takes time to go stand in long ques and get the stamps. All my effort is wasted. Shoprite kenako worst service provider and has no remorse for people like me who waited the whole year to earn my commission.
