Bad Service Paledi Mall Shoprite

I went to Paledi Mall Shoprite on the 20th of December 2018 to order Pork Wors, only to be given the worse service at the Butchery section. I got there with my Mom and asked for help but only to looked at without being given any service or response from the people working in the butchery. One of the people (Tall dark guy) working there did not even care to even listen to what we had to say. Even one of them had to call him over and over to assist but only to be responded with a cold shoulder. My mom had to shout over and over to the guy but none what so ever. Eventually someone came to assist. My problem is the bad attitude and service we were given as if we forced someone to come to work. People have a problem and this is unacceptable, action should be taken or else this kind of treatment will be given to me again when i go to the Shop or someone else. I am a customer and if i ask for assistance, who would assist if your people at Shoprite give us bad attitude and service. I felt so disrespected and undermined.
