Bad service once again

I think shoprite staff in Durban station don't really appreciate having their jobs... they have bad customer service. Today I went to the do cash back at the kiosk and the lady left me standing there and not explain that she is needed at the money market her name is Zanele and her tag was written front- end controller. When I said yo her I want do cash back she gave a funny look like she was going to Say she doesn't have money as if it's her money. This kind of services is not appreciated and most of the shoprite staff in Durban station branch is rude and don't know how to help with a smile.
