Bad Service on Grants Days

Im very disappointed with the service received at Shoprite checkers, church street. I went there this morning to buy vetkoek for breakfast as usually but i ended up spending my 15minute and more tea time break just to pay. i kindly asked a lady if she could assist with opening the kiosk since today is old age pension and the ques are insane but she refused, even when she saw that the lines got longer and longer people only wanting to pay for their breakfast she was not interested.

May you please kindly sort this type of service moving forward, if there will be grants payments please open the kiosk tills. Thank you
