Bad service is

I went to Shoprite Kwamashu Station I was served by Mkhize on the 04/08/2020 who was working on till no 10. When she tried to scan one of my items it didn’t have a barcode she then told me to go and get another one,no no she told me if I want the product I will have to go get another one myself because she won’t get it for me. I asked her why do I have to she then said it’s because I’m the one that want the product. She didn’t even ask me nicely to get another product with attitude she ordered me to go and get another one, I then told her it’s not my fault that the right brand product doesn’t have a bar code. I then call her superior by the name of Zandile and told her what’s happening she “told Nonhle to apologize as it’s not the customers faults that their brand doesn’t have a barcode” she refuse to apologize saying she didn’t do anything wrong. She then apologize on her behalf and when to get the product. I was very angry and annoyed by the fact that Nonhle insisted that I go and get the product myself if she had ask me nicely maybe I would have went and got the product. But her attitude she used on me it was uncalled for and she didn’t even respect her superior she told her she won’t apologize. Which I feel it’s disobedience.
