Bad service in Shoprite Mamelodi

Shoprite Mamelodi(Denlyn) The cashier’s *ATTITUDE* and customer service was Terrible, she was a snail in human form…I don’t think if really she wanted to help the customers she wouldn’t have behaved the way she did because the store wasn’t even as busy as it would normally be on their normal “busy” days But:I had to wait to almost 30 minutes just to pay for 2 items. Instead she was sooo slow and when my turn had come to be assisted, one of their security guards skips the long queue and tells the cashier to help the one guy who was drunk without even asking me if it’s ok for him(guard) to do that And the worst part:The manager didn’t even seem bothered nor interested in the situation
