Bad service from till supervisor /ppt/ cashier supervisor Mavis

Hi, I'm not happy with the service I got from the"PPt or till operater)...... She blindly left me and the cashier cause she did not want to reduce the tomatoes, she went to the other till to stand there and she just looked me and the cashier like we are smelling so my question at shoprite in Actonville benoni.... Wattville.. The lady name is "MAVIS)... WHY DID SHE GET A PROMOTION IF SHE IS TREATING US CUSTOMERS LIKE THISAND WHAT IS SHE TEACHING THE CASHIER........ IT WAS A VERY BAD SERVICE FROM HER AS A SENIOR AND I WAS PAYING WITH MY MONEY NOT HER MONEY.... MY TIME FOR THE VISIT WAS 18:32 DATE 21-01-2020 OF WHICH I HAD TO LIVE THOSE TOMATOES...... WOULD LIKE TO GET A FEEDBACK AND U CAN ALSO CHECK UR CAMERA'S AS U GUYS HAVE IT...... WHAT I SAW TODAY WAS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.......... MY CASHIERS WAS VERY GOOD HLENGIWE MAMBA. *** CALLS AND EMAILS WILL TAKE AS I'M ASKING FOR THIS MATTER TO BE TAKEN SERIOUS........ SHE IS NOT AT THE RIGHT PLACE IF THAT'S HOW SHE HELPS CUSTOMERS.
