Bad service from the manager

I went to ShopRite mall of tembisa and the managers attitude his name is Phatu The cashier called for his assistance to void something which was on special but was scanning the old price I was at till number 10 which is right in front of his desk he stood there for a good five minutes just looking at us. I asked who is the manager we waiting for and the cashier showed me o was shocked the person we waiting for was right in front of us just looking at us.He came and couldn't even apologize he voided the product and left.very disappointing for a manager
