Bad service from staff and Security

I arrive at Shoprite dube at 16:00 and still i waited on the que for the whole 30 minutes, just to load my patco tag they separated lines into two by the security gaurd instructed by one of the ladies .. More information they must get name budges

After waiting for that long they instructed us to go back on the line how is that possible . we all deal with time management. That was bad service even at shoprite dube in soweto, your staff has bad attitude i don't care one.. Try to deal with your staff and they must know how to value their customers
