Bad Service from Shoprite management

I lost my phone on the 25th of october 2023 at Shoprite Commissioner Street in Johannesburg CBD. They refused to show me the footage of where I last had my phone as I was swiping at the tills and got the notification from the bank. The only footage I was shown is the 1 from the money market which doesn't show much. It doesn't even show my black lunch box that I had. I lost my phone at 9:18 am, I called it and even tracked it under find my device when I got to work. It was ringing the whole time and only got switched off at 1pm. The tracking showed that my phone is in Albertina Sisulu Street. I am badly hurt about the service I got from Shoprite management. The rudeness, they showed no interest in assisting me. The store manager insisted that I should only be shown footage from the money market where else when I got there. The assistant manager told me that I can be shown footage from the tills. I feel that they know what happened to my phone but they are covering up.
