Bad service from ShopRite, computicket and Luciano bus servies

On the 9th of July I bought a ticket at ShopRite to Maputo from a bus company called Luciano luxury bus services, the ticket was for 10:00 at night and when I got to the bus departure point in Johannesburg there was no bus, the offices were closed, all the numbers provided for emergency were just ringing and after numerous attempts in calling without any response I left and went back home. On the 10th of July 2023 I went back to ShopRite to claim my refund for the ticket from them as I could not get hold of Luciano bus services, I was told that Luciano has not received the money yet and the money is with computicket, I stood there at ShopRite waiting for them to get hold of computicket for 6 hours without any response and computickets calls just ringing. After complaining of the long wait I asked for the manager who lazily told me there is nothing she can do except call computicket as ShopRite cannot refund my R1800 ticket, the lady went as far as telling me she will be clocking off and I will deal with the next manager coming in at 6, as hungry as I was I waited for the next manager who called computicket and computicket still did not respond after 8 hours being on the call with music jst playing, I am frustrated as I made a booking of the bus on the 9th of July from ShopRite but they are giving me a run around for the refund claiming it's computickets fault whereas the ticket was brought from them.
