Bad service from shoprite and they don't even care if you always buy from them

I just came back from shoprite situated in Orange Farm eyethu mall. I was chased away with my wife (embarrassed) because they closed the store while we were still inside buying glossary (8:07).they said they are knocking off if we don't stop no one will help us. I walked in 5 min before they closed, were they not suppose to allow us to furnish...? Even the security guy gave us attitude when we too the big trolley on our was in. This is bad service and embarrassing
