Bad service from Shoprite

Bought R1100 voucher from shoprite and payjustnow on the 11th March,but didn't receive voucher,I contacted shoprite customer care and they promised that it will reflect between 3-7 days ,and now when I contact shoprite they are telling me that they are waiting for the source of voucher and when I contact payjustnow they are telling to contact shoprite customer care, I'm confused and don't know what to do,I need my money back
