Bad service from Shoprite

Very upset with the service at Shoprite Evaton West. I bought 2L Crystal Valley milk on the 18th Feb 2018 and when i got home i found that the milk had gone bad even though it had an expiry date of 09 March 2018. I sent my daughter back to shoprite with the slip and milk but she was turned away and was told that they dnt exchange milk.

I then logged a complaint on the shoprite portal and to date no one has bothered getting in touch with me
