Bad Service From Money Market Whittlesea

Terrible service from the money market kiosk.. long queues where the service agent takes lunch and leave desk empty and management doesn't have a plan in plan to have a reliever on standby. They called to just apologize after I called their customer service desk and didn't bring in help. I'm very disappointed with their service.
