Bad Service from Management

Yesterday my mother went to shoprite with her 2 grandchildren in Belhar by the airport mall, she arrived at the shop at 8am the morning , she just needed to buy a few things as she cannot be on her feet for long , ( spine problems, diagnosed with cancer , high blood etc ) she walks with crutches , the ques was so extremely long as she had been in the que already for more than an hour , she then asked for the management to assist her in helping her to front of the que as she is getting very sick in the que after standing for more than an hour and 30 min or to even bring her a chair to sit on but he refused to help my mother , any other shopping centre would have assisted her as they always do for disadvantaged clients , 2 hours have passed and she was still the que the manager Mr Paynne was extremely rude as he told my sick mother “well then she will have to stand in the old peoples line which was even a longer line that she was already standing in , She supports that shop so much with her little pension and this is the treatment she gets from management which is totally unacceptable , when she got home she was in so much pain she could not even stand I nearly lost my mother due to the poor management Performance in that branch , we will not leave this matter un resolved
