Bad service from Fikile the shoprite meadolands manager

Terrible service received from a Manager named Fikile cannot recal the surname at shoprite Meadolands Soweto on the 14th of January 2025.

I believe one of the tills had system glitch as a result the withdrawal requested was not dispensed i then requested to speak to the So call manager who was rude in a way that when i did the introduction she didn't even bother to tell me her name as she did not have her name badge on and upon telling her what just happend she was so quick to decline any sort of assistance take note i had to buy stationary as the schools where opening the next day, like this women does not poses and managerial qualities, ad i further requested to speak to her manager she to me the person is on leave then i requested to speak to someone hight she took the phone and called a lady called Mam and she refused me to speak surprisingly as I'm the one who requested she was just having a conversation of her own this women made it seem like it's a personal issue as i believe she did not represent shoprite or hold their values or principals high.
