Bad service from Estereen at Kiosk

Unpleasant shopping experience as l am paying for my groceries at the kiosk. Cashier Estereen very arrogant, placed the paid for shopping bag on the counter and very arrogantly said I must pack my own bag. Very bad customer service!!! Management should definitely look into this and apologize to me as a client. Never experienced such bad service at this store before.
