Bad service form cashier

I was at shoprite parys all my life never felt disrespect in such away. On my arrival on the 26th March i first went to the bottle store were i was looking for a case of corona that was on special. The merchandiser just pointed it out for me and i had to walk in and remove all the beers that was packed on top of it which was not well organized. Anyway i just took them and paid.

On my way to the store we bought chicken that had a shelf talker that that was priced R149.99 for a 5kg. And we had a few other things. This was around 13h20 when i got to the till was told a different price of R194.99 so i then asked for the Manger that was really kind when she came to me. The only frustrating thing was the other cashier that intervened in a matter that he was not part of removing his mask which was not appropriate and started shout and telling me that price is not for that specific item which i understood and never wanted the item for that price instead i just left.

This guy was really rude and disrespectful shouting to me like that infront of other customers and fellow employees. There was even a customer infront of me who had the very same problem which was my reason for asking for the manager so they can remove the price place the correct price the cashiers name is Boiki or something in that line if not mistaken. The sad part there are so many people willing to work for this company and can make a difference in the store but then you get people like that. He doesn't care about your brand is just a nother employee that there for a salary
