Bad service

I was just at Shoprite Soshanguve Crossing and so disappointed in how the lady who said was the manager "Connie" responded to a friendly requested. 10 items que was open only for sassa payout. And i aske if she couldnt delicate a till for us with less the 10 items? She said i should have woken up early if i new i needed my items. Funny i was sying that showing her the countless people who were droping items down and leaving cuase they were not prepared to wait for an hour to pay one or 2 items. Thing is i font get sassa grants and i dont know the payout days and i do my shopping there and buy bread there since i live just i live opposite. She was rude even though i told her i was just suggesting friendly. I was buy 4 packs of huggies jumbos for my twins. She couldnt even hear me out just roughly responded. I mean thr amount of people working out were more then the ones inside. Bad leadership skills.
