Bad service

I was at Shoprite Paledi Mall today wanted to withdraw some cash the cashier that was assisting me she told me she doesn't have amount of cash that I wanted to withdraw then she had refred me to another cashier and the other cashier that I was refred to by the name of Itumeleng she didn't even bother to assist instead she gave me bad attitude. She continued assisting other customers and avoided me. At the end of the we all customers and I have been on the queue for almost an hour to recieve such a bad customer service. This has to be addressed and she has to repremented. This is very unacceptable for business if she has bad negative attitude towards customers.
