Bad service

Dear Shoprite Management,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I recently experienced at your Bluedowns shoprite .

I noticed that the tellers were often left to handle process the packing of groceries without any assistance. This not only places a considerable burden on the tellers but also results in longer wait times for customers, as the lines can become quite lengthy.

I believe that providing additional support for the tellers could greatly enhance the overall shopping experience and improve customer satisfaction.
