bad service experienced at shoprite

<p>On the 25th February went to shoprite in midrand boulders mall to deposit money to Limpopo and it happened that person who i send money forget pin and put incorrect one, had to go back to shoprite to reverse it and the manager took a recipt said is faxing it to the head office they will send me new pin and it takes 3 days and im still waiting even today it's 5 days now. Called them yesterday and said the manager will call me back but didn't </p>
