Bad Service experience

I had the worst service experience it actually brought tears to my eyes a staff member jumped in front of me in the queue to say she is first ,who does that? After paying I then proceeded to the Lotto counter and the cashier told me they were offline without even looking at me she then left me standing there I asked her if there was anyone to help when just pointed the other cashier who when I went to her to ask if she could borrow me a pen said she cannot as there is Covid unfortunately they all did not have name badges.Thanx to Mr J Nhinhi who is a security guard at the door who without hesitation lend me his pen and very friendly as well he actually brought a smile to my face imagine he stands at that door the whole day without sitting in a chair but you still find friendly in the afternoon and the ones that have a privilege of sitting on a chair the whole day or half day are the ones who get tired of the people they serve it's a shame
