Bad Service Ever..

<p>I bought an electric heater at Shoprite Bellville (Voortrekker )..My place is ice cold so I wanted a very strong heater so I was advised to take a certain one and I paid R299..I later discovered that the heater is not doing what I bought it for, it didn't meet my expactation.Today I returned the heater and told them that it's not hot enough, the sales manager said Mr Lunga Sidlayi, I cannot return something that is not faulty I must see what to do with it.Im with a product that doesn't meet my needs, don't we have rights anymore or shoprite doesn't care about our rights? </p>
