Bad service

I am extremely ****ed off by the service at Shoprite Mfuleni branch. I went to the kiosk to get R50 cashback and the cashier called Zandile she was extremely rude with me. Told me that I can’t have cash back at the Kiosk then I asked for store manager and she said I must look for the office manager in the store. Her attitude sticks and she back chat with Her colleagues I don’t think she deserves to be part of the store front team.
