Bad Service

Today at around 1pm I went to Shoprite Middestad Mall in Pretoria CBD, I went to the Money Market department to get cash ( an Amount of R 150.00 ) that was sent by my Mother , I put that cash in my pocket and took a trolley to start shopping , when I was approaching the bakery side I took out my Cellphone and when I put it back I realized the money was gone, I immediately went to the Securities to seek for help , they took the slip and gave it to Mariam in the camera room to check what happened. She came back and told that their CAMERA ONLY SHOWS THE FRONT AND THE SHELVES, I WENT AROUND THE STORE LOOKING FOR ONE OF THE MANAGERS AND SAW A GUY BY THE NAME OF HAPPY ( TRAINEE MANAGER) who told me that the camera only shows 2 shelves so there was NOTHING they can assist me with. MY QUESTION IS WHY ARE THEIR CAMERAS NOT WORKING ON THE REST OF THE STORE, ISN'T THAT AS CUSTOMERS WE SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WHEN IN THE STORE? NOW I HAVE LOST R150 THAT WAS SEND TO ME TO SURVIVE. PLEASE ADVISE.
