Bad service delivery

Unhappy customer

I went to the store and to buy fruits but the service I experienced was beyond words, myself and other customers we waited to be assisted but everyone was busy with their own stuff passing us as if we were visiting them finally i got one Lady to assist and she rep**** by she is Not responsible for that station she will find the right person to come and assist but little did I know that she was just laying nd still we waited then another lady come with controller identification belt passed without greeting us, I had to ask if she was the senior person who can help us still she refused to assist, eventually a guy came but with so much attitude did not apologize nor to greeting us. This needs to stop, if something is not done in the store it will drive us away. I need a formal apology from the manager and he or she must discipline those who failed us clearly they don't know what is customer service.
