Bad service

Alex mall shoprite I had a bad service ever today cashiers don't greed customers the first communication is smartsave or plastic I had my own bags she did not even pack for me. After paying she turn to the next customer I ask the packer for a trolley she said they don't have I must go check outside is nt her fault they don't have them in the shop Cashier name Dudu Khumalo they laugh at me like I'm a mad person.
