Bad service

Bad service I got from kitchen staff in bronkhorstspruit shoprite and at till the tellers were busy with each and didn't even bother assisting me, had to move to another teller and mind it was in the morning was in a hurry to work, the shop was empty so to receive such ad service when it's empty it's unacceptable
