Bad service complaint

Good day sir/madam I went to shop rite lenasia to buy food I waited for 15 minutes I went to manager in charge she refused to assist she said I'm a problem then I went to the branch manager he asked dieketseng to assist after he has left she refused to give me food please I need these matter to be resolve as soon as possible your response will be very much appreciated
