Bad service complain

I went to shoprite sarel colliers in delmas town according to my knowledge they are closing at 5pm on Sunday,i was at their doors 16:50 I only wanted to buy the pampers as Huggies where on promotion/special the security refused to let me in even when I begged him that it is not yet 5 o’clock I’m only taking the Huggies on Big Red sale and I beg him explain my situation that I only received the money today I’m coming from the othe shoprite at ext3 I didn’t get the size so I rushed there and got the in time but I was sent back ,they said the cashiers they are all cashed up there is no 1who is going to assist me ok that’s fine but what hurt me was when the security lady wearing CIVA uniform she was wearing no name badge said to me I think they don’t have a life (ngishayisile la engisebenza khona I’m coming there at 5 and she made all those disrespectful comments and the other staff wearing shoprite uniform where all laughing at what she was saying and I was already leaving since they denied me entry I turn back and ask the lady why is she rude because the security guy told me he won’t open there are no cashiers they are all cashed up at 16:50 the store is closed the lady continued being rude I aske her colleagues for he name they refused to give me so I tried taking a photo of her so I can report her on monday she then became violent with me pull me with my T-shirt wanted to smash my phone as I was taking a photo of her since they she refused to give me her name this is not the 1st time I’m getting this kind of service at shoprite especially on sundays they are rude and don’t want to work when u report them to their seniors they just resolve the issue without even apologising to you as their client they promote this kind of treatment. I am even afraid of shopping at shoprite in sarel cilliers delmas 2210 because of the bad service and arrogant staff violent
