Bad service

I opened a money market account because I get rewards from tremendous.So the only place I can redeem my voucher is at computicket.I have purchased a shoprite voucher on the 20th of September but my voucher is not loaded yet.I have sent my necessary documents several times to shoprite but no voucher have been loaded yet.This is really frustrating and a waste of my time and energy
