Bad service

Shoprite mangaung I have been complaining about the bad service and the attitude of sales assistant from that place the head office knows and everytime they would apologise still do the same thing in the end. This time the manager hung up the phone on me when the assistant who was trying to assist with what i wanted but couldn't help further she then transferred me to the manager who hung up the without talking to me.
