Bad Service / Cash send withdrawal

ShopRite Liquor Store Virginia refused to make a cash send withdrawal. I know you can be able to withdraw Capitec Bank and Nedbank cash send. I withdrew from that Branch before and today I was told endless stories and did manage to withdraw. Such bad service and they are inconsistent and very rude.
