Bad service

I was doing shopping with my sisters sunday 19/04/2020. Shoprite at jabulani mall

We used till number 22 the cashiers name was WITNESS MABASA.

The lady was giving us attitude throughout. First of all her till was dirty i politely asked her why doesn't she use a cloth to wipe stains cause this is a food store, she can't be serving people in a dirty place first of all we in a process of corona and we must be hygiene as possibly as we can. I even have pictures of how dirty her till was. When i asked her to wipe she ignored me.

2ndly i wanted to buy a cutted pumkin there was no price on the pumkin i ask her to check for me the price before she could scan it she said " i cant there's prices there were u took the pumkin" i told her there isn't thats why im asking u to check for me she said i can't there's no Barcode i asked her if there isn't someone she can call and ask she said no i ended up not buying it. Can you please attend to this matter
