Bad service

On the 26th of august 2020 I visited our nearest shop-rite airport mall Belhar with my eldest son 7 years old and the neighbor daughter 10 years old with her grandma of 59 years and my 7 mouth old infant we went to buy groceries.as I’m busy doing my shopping the two minors left the shop past the security with 3 items washing powder roll on and stay soft when i realized the children are not around with the stroller i asked the neighbor to go and check where the children is she went outside looking for them she came back saying they are outside of the store I asked her to go out again and get them she went and came back with the security and they asked me to go the manager’s office with all the items in my basket i asked them why what happen the security by the name Mbemba was so rude and forceful he basically man handled me I was so embarrassed and traumatized I asked him and his assistant if i could just leave the store they insisted i must go with the neighbor and the children to the office I was really embarrassed cause the whole store was looking at us we went to the office and I explained to the manager on duty that the children left my sight as above mentioned we realized they went out of the store pass the security they were not aware of the items in the stroller and they were not stopped they are minors and did not intentionally leave the store actually they were unaware of the happenings the security again rudely said that they were planning to leave the mall with the stroller which is not possible cause they would not even be able to reach home without adults I explained to him he was supposed to check the stroller he said he can’t check each and every trolley that leaves the store and that they are understaffed I asked how is that my problem the manager on duty by the name Hendricks asked the security what’s going to happen now they advised i should just pay for my basket then I can leave the security named Mbemba said I was overreacting after abruptly man handling me in the store I’m still so traumatized no apology whatsoever I’m so disturbed and embarrassed i don’t think I’ll be able to visit shop rite airport mall ever again I am a loyal customer to shop-rite ever-since growing up but this experience was utter embarrassing and terrible
