Bad Service

Today I went to Shoprite in Jozini Mall during my tea time at work. I went there to buy some snacks to eat during my tea time. By the entrance there is a desk with so reduced price products. I then took some chocolate to purchase. When I got to till number 5/6 at 11:00 only to find that the chocolates were not reduced. I then asked the till attendant if there is any assistance I can get since I need the chocolates. She then called the controller to remove one of the chocolates since it was already scanned with the normal price and ask her if she can assist since I need the chocolate and she walked away. The till attendant called one of the packers who was at the chocolate desk to assist. The packer took the chocolates with her to one of the mangers with the surname of Ngcamu. From a distance I could see from manager's ficial expression that I will not get help but I waited anyway. When the till packer came back she told me that Ngcamu cannot assist with reducing the chocolates because she is busy. I then asked for a store manager and I was told they told me they can't locate him/her. Mind you I waited there for about 10 minutes for my issue to be resolved but I ended up leaving the store without getting the chocolates.
