Bad service

I did cash send at Shoprite jabulani,The lady kept calling for authorization from the person who was supposed to come and authorize and never came until their system switched off,upon opening the system the money appeared as redeemed,until now it's been pillar to post,phone calls everywhere no help,I haven't received my money until now
