Bad service

Yesterday I took a late lunch went to Gillwell Shoprite to buy things, I requested the lady in front of me to pay first and she did not have a problem. Then I went to pay to the cashier she said I should go to the staff till when I check there was no cashier and I told her that, she said she is not going to assist me, when I ask why she said quote (NINAYO LONTO NINA) I did not understand what she was talking about I then ask what does she mean...she continued throwing tantrums (PHA KOWENU NONKE APHO USEBENZA KHONA) I then said to her am not leaving am gonna pay here and she rep**** I am not going to pay by her I ask Mr Ngqula whom is a Manager at the Store he rep**** that I can lodge a complaint to him when I did he went to a lady whom I think is a Floor Manager And ask her to attend this complaint, she did not come to me to hear the story yet she went to the person who insulted me, when she came back I asked the name of the cashier she said is Emihle.The Insults that I got from that cashier was unbearable in front of other customers and some cashier were laughing gossiping saying if someone does not like you she shows it.
